Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery: Lead engaging face-to-face and online training sessions focused on aftersales systems and tools, and customer service excellence
- Performance Evaluation: Assess participant competency through practical and theoretical testing, providing constructive feedback
- Content Localization: Adapt existing training modules to align with brand standards, local market workflows
- Material Review: Audit and edit training documentation to ensure accuracy, regional relevance and clarity
- Content Development:
Design and develop new training concepts tailored to specific aftersales processes and market needs
Qualifications & Skills:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Trainer in the automotive sector, or proven track record in an automotive aftersales department (dealership level)
- Deep understanding of dealership processes, service advisor workflows, and the competitive landscape of the premium automotive sector
- Expert knowledge of service consulting, customer approach, and the sales of parts and accessories
- High level of self-confidence and persuasiveness, with the ability to remain authentic and flexible while facilitating interactive group sessions
- Strong self-management, and a proactive approach to continuous learning and self-reflection
- Proficient in MS Office and a quick learner of specialized aftersales ticketing tools
- Focus on digitalization and ability to perform deep dives into systems
- Fluent Hungarian and business-level English
- Driving License
