Aftersales Technical Trainer - EU AmsterdamFull-timeCorporate function / Support - Senior managementResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities:
- Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements
- Produce training schedules and classroom agenda
- Determine course content according to objectives
- Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)
- Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
- Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed
- Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
- Observe and evaluate results of training programs
- Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
- Build and improve training policy according to guidelines from HQQualificationsRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years experience in Aftersales training in the automotive industry.
- Strong technical knowledge with (EV’s) and the ability to understand complex systems and processes is a plus.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Another European language is a plus.
- Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds
- Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
