The Aftersales Project Manager is responsible for establishing and managing after-sales readiness for launching and expanding its business in Europe. The role ensures that global HQ aftersales processes are effectively localized to meet European market, dealer, and regulatory requirements. Acting as the key interface between Europe and Xpeng China HQ, this position leads requirement collection, approval processes, and project execution to support successful vehicle launches and sustainable aftersales operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management & Delivery Control
•Manage after-sales-related projects end-to-end, including scope, milestones, timeline, and launch targets
•Lead after-sales readiness activities for new product launches. Ensure service, warranty, parts, training, technical and all related systems are ready before SOP
•Lead after-sales readiness activities for new markets, new after-sales networks. Ensure service, warranty, parts, training, technical and all related systems are ready before car sales.
•NPS management and cross coordination in different function teams to improve customer satisfaction
•General projects management and coordination including but not limited to commercial policy, new accessories development, market activity…
2. Requirement Management & HQ Interface
•Collect, consolidate, and prioritize aftersales business and system requirements from Europe stakeholders
•Act as the window person between Europe region and HQ aftersales, IT, and product teams
•Translate requirements into structured business and functional requirements
•Aligning regional needs with HQ global platforms, architecture, and roadmap
3. Assessment, Approval & Follow-up Process
•Lead assessment and approval processes with HQ and internal management
•Prepare approval documents including impact analysis, priority definition, timelines, and risk assessment
•Track approval status, manage follow-ups, and ensure approved solutions are delivered as planned
•Coordinate testing, UAT, and go-live readiness for Europe deploymentsQualificationsKey Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Automotive, IT, Business, or related field
•5+ years of experience in automotive OEM aftersales, system, or project management
•Strong understanding of European after-sales operations (dealers, service, warranty, parts, diagnostics)
•Experience working with Chinese Automotive company is an advantage
•Knowledge of EU regulations and compliance (e.g. warranty, data protection, type approval) is a plus
