This role is hybrid and requires on-site presence 3 times per week.

What you will do (responsibilities)

  • Coordinate the relationship between GMICA and the dealer network in Aftersales data requirements & reporting, ensuring alignment with GM policies according with due dates and time frame defined.

  • Lead monthly aftersales market reviews, manage the aftersales marketing budget, support pricing and promotional actions, and build annual and monthly sales forecasts.

  • Monitor wholesale and retail performance through BI and SAP tools, including orders, billing, back orders, pricing, availability, inventory, and month-end sales mix compliance.

  • Standardize and optimize aftersales processes, manage special projects, and provide reporting and Power BI support across Colombia, Peru, and Chile.

  • Execute the parts commercial strategy with assigned distributors, supervise sales and inventory performance, ensure compliance with brand standards, and identify growth opportunities.

Your skills and abilities (required qualifications)

  • Advanced English, advanced Microsoft Office, advanced Power BI, and strong digital tool proficiency.

  • Technical knowledge of automotive parts, inventory management, negotiation, customer management, sales and marketing strategies, automotive market dynamics, and KPI management.

  • 3+ years of experience in technical, administrative, or commercial roles.

  • University degree required, preferably in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, organization, teamwork, ability to work under pressure, and learning agility.

What can give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

  • Experience working with dealer or distributor networks in aftersales, parts, or service operations.

  • Experience building dashboards, reports, and business presentations for commercial decision-making.

  • Exposure to pricing, forecasting, inventory planning, and incentive program management.

  • Regional coordination experience and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams, suppliers, and the dealer network.
