Our Customer Support team is committed to delivering industry-leading products and services efficiently and cost-effectively. We are seeking an Aftersales Parts Coordinator to join our Johannesburg team on a six-month fixed-term contract. This role serves as the day-to-day link between AGCO’s Logistics and Supply Chain Operations and the Southern African dealer network. The successful candidate will collaborate with multi-brand distribution partners and internal teams to provide responsive, high-quality customer service support.

Your Impact

  • Manage and monitor dealer calls and emails in Salesforce, ensuring enquiries are resolved within agreed response times.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer service issues affecting dealer aftersales performance and provide dealers with proactive progress updates.
  • Monitor backorders, manage VOR escalations, and work with Logistics to improve delivery commitments and communicate revised timelines to dealers.
  • Resolve order exceptions in OASIS, create pro forma orders for prepayment markets, and maintain accurate dealer account information.
  • Partner with the Logistics Coordinator to address freight and service-quality concerns and identify improvements.
  • Administer customer claims and returns.
  • Support dealer events, conferences, and seminars, and provide cover for the Logistics and Coordinators to maintain business continuity during absences.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of the parts and aftermarket business, including general industry and market-specific practices.
  • Proficiency in AGCO systems and procedures, including order processing, pro forma management, and immobilised machine escalation, supported by strong computer skills.
  • Sound knowledge of export procedures and documentation requirements.
  • Commercial understanding of AGCO’s relationships with its dealer partners.
  • Working knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Able to speak and understand Afrikaans.
  • Sound understanding of AGCO’s business and the ability to coordinate support across the organisation to deliver responsive, high-quality customer service.
  • Broad industry knowledge to understand the needs of dealers and end users.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently when required.
