What you'll do

The Aftersales Manager leads Service, Parts, Warranty, and Customer Support operations, ensuring compliance with Volvo standards while driving customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability.

Further responsibilities are
• Manage aftersales operations, KPIs, and compliance.
• Support and develop dealer network performance.
• Ensure premium customer experience and handle escalations.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
• Oversee warranty processes and technical quality.
• Lead and develop teams across the network.

What you'll bring

A successful candidate combines strong leadership with a genuinely customer-first
approach. You balance strategic direction with hands-on operational execution. And
communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, and keep a sharp focus on KPIs
and performance outcomes. You’re also a proactive problem-solver, able to resolve
issues quickly and drive continuous improvement.

Further qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5–10+ years automotive aftersales or dealer operations experience.
• Strong leadership, technical knowledge, and customer focus.
