Job Description

Parts sales and Logistics Department plays a core role in BMW Customer Support process. Our main goal is to provide efficient and sustainable parts delivery process to entire polish dealer network.

What awaits you?

  • Monitoring of sales and purchase orders in SAP.
  • Debit and Credit notes processing.
  • Organizing and monitoring of logistics claim process.
  • Organizing and monitoring of parts returns process.
  • Monitoring of invoices process.

What should you bring along?

  • availability to work for 30-40 hours per week (with possibility to fit to studies);
  • good analytical, organizational and planning skills;
  • good skills using MS Office (Excel in particular);
  • fluent in Polish and have good knowledge of English (at least B2).
