2. Taking on organizational tasks and managing projects and processes within the department (spare parts, training, etc.)
3. Preparing documents for management
4. Gathering and evaluating information and analyzing facts
5. Tracking tasks and managing relevant issues as well as internal communication within the department职位要求1. Degree in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, or a comparable field of study
2. Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
3. Confident use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
4. Analytical mindset and strategic approach to work
5. Strong team spirit and flexibility
6. High level of initiative, communication skills, and ability to work in a team
7. Organizational skills
