ARC (The Australian Reinforcing Company) is looking for a self-driven individual to join our Laverton branch as an Afternoon Shift Supervisor.
The hours for this role are 2 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
Our Shift Supervisor will be responsible for the safety and day to day manufacturing and logistics of the shift. You will be coordinating the operational activities of the shift including management of production staff, including employee performance and safe operations, quality of work and implementation of improvement processes.
