What You’ll Do as an Assistant Teacher

• Help create a safe, healthy, and joyful learning environment
  
  
• Support children’s social and emotional development through play and connection
  
  
• Build strong relationships with families and coworkers
  
  
• Collaborate with Lead Teachers and contribute ideas and creativity
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma required; enrollment in or completion of an Early Childhood Education or related program strongly preferred
  
  
• A genuine love for working with young children
  
  
• Dependability, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit
  
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (for safety and care responsibilities)
  
  
• Must meet state background check requirements
