The Aftermarket Support Functions Manager Europe is responsible for structuring, developing, and optimizing all support services related to the Aftermarket business. In this role, he/she oversees key areas such as technical documentation, training, warranty management, customer satisfaction, communications, and inside sales, while supporting the digital transformation of the business.
The position plays a critical role in supporting business growth, enhancing the customer experience, and improving the effectiveness of both commercial and operational teams.
The annual salary for this position is between £76,500.00-£152,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, CLA participation, market typical pay for the role, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements
