With growing business activities, ITT Thailand is seeking an experienced Aftermarket Sales Specialist – Rotating Equipment Solutions to support Aftermarket and Services operations within Thailand.

The Aftermarket Sales Specialist is responsible for developing aftermarket opportunities, building strong relationships with key end-users, and delivering engineered service solutions for pumps and rotating equipment. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and customer engagement skills, supporting the full sales cycle—from site evaluation and solution design to proposal development and order closure.

Essential Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The primary responsibility of Aftermarket Sales Specialist is to bring orders to the organization and to capture market share aggressively. In addition, following additional responsibilities apply.
  • Build and manage the opportunity pipeline within the assigned region and customer base. Target opportunities include service and refurbishment of rotating equipment such as centrifugal and non‑centrifugal pumps, steam turbines, blowers, fans, compressors, and other relevant machinery.
  • Collaborate with the Thai PRO facility and regional management to regularly visit customer sites, evaluate site conditions, engage with maintenance and reliability personnel, and present value‑driven solutions.
  • Develop a strong understanding of pump operating parameters—including performance curves, power consumption, NPSH, efficiency, and system dynamics—to support aftermarket solutions.
  • Identify bad‑actor machines at customer sites and propose solutions aligned with reliability requirements. Work closely with ITT supply chain, engineering, and operations teams to develop site‑specific solutions consistent with quality, lead‑time, and pricing expectations.
  • Proactively identify support needs for plant shutdowns and turnarounds.
  • Provide insights into the ITT Projects Team regarding upcoming debottlenecking initiatives and other brownfield expansion activities.
  • Maintain existing Long-Term Service Agreements while identifying opportunities to establish new LTSAs, health‑check programs, and other service‑based contracts.
  • Collaborate closely with the Thai PRO repair facility on all refurbishment activities.

JOB‑SPECIFIC / COUNTRY‑SPECIFIC SKILLS

  • Working knowledge of rotating equipment operation, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • Established relationships with major end‑customers in the region.
  • Strong understanding of equipment lifecycle, repair methodologies, and total cost of ownership.
  • Familiarity with Thailand-based service contracts.
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in both English and Thai
  • Self‑motivated individuals with a go‑getter attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
  • Proven ability to work effectively and influence outcomes in a cross‑functional environment.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience working with rotating equipment.
  • Background in Mechanical, Process, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering—or experience with rotating equipment OEMs—is considered advantageous.
