Aftermarket Sales Representative – Industrial Equipment

Reporting To: Scott Coracy

Compensation: $40,000 / month



Territory Sales | Parts + Service | Uncapped Commission

📍 Charlotte, NC | Field-Based
💰 $40K Base + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses + Monthly Auto Allowance

This is a field-based, territory sales role focused on:

  • Service Agreements (CSA)
  • Parts revenue growth
  • Preventing downtime before it happens
  • Building long-term customer relationships

👉 You are NOT inside sales
👉 You are NOT order-taking

You own your territory.
You own your results.

🎯 WHAT YOU’LL DO (DAY-TO-DAY)

  • Walk customer sites and identify equipment risk before failure
  • Turn service work into long-term maintenance contracts
  • Grow parts + service revenue across your territory
  • Build relationships with operators, technicians, and leadership
  • Prospect new business through daily field activity


📊 Activity Expectations:

  • 15 in-person touchpoints/day
  • 5 outbound calls/day
  • $40,000 Base Salary
  • Uncapped Commission (Parts + Service + Contracts)
  • Quarterly + performance bonuses

🧲 YOU’RE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:

  • Sales experience in industrial, parts, service, or equipment environments
  • Mechanical awareness (you can “see” problems early)
  • Comfort with cold outreach + field prospecting
  • A valid driver’s license
  • A track record of working independently
  • You need constant direction
  • You avoid cold calling or field work
  • You prefer inside sales or reactive environments
  • You want comfort over growth
