Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a leading manufacturer and distributor serving the commercial truck and trailer industry. They are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead aftermarket and fleet sales efforts across a multi-state territory. This position offers the opportunity to drive revenue growth, build strategic customer relationships, and make a direct impact on market expansion within a highly respected organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
• Manage relationships with distributors, dealer networks, and fleet customers throughout the assigned region.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
• Conduct regular customer visits, joint sales calls, and business reviews to strengthen partnerships.
• Serve as a product and industry expert by providing training, support, and consultative solutions to customers.
• Present pricing programs, promotions, and product offerings while ensuring consistent execution across accounts.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage sales activity, track opportunities, maintain forecasts, and analyze territory performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product management, customer service, operations, and supply chain to support customer needs and business objectives.
• Participate in trade shows, industry events, customer meetings, and field visits to strengthen market presence.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of successful field sales experience within the heavy-duty truck, trailer, transportation, aftermarket, or related industries.
• Demonstrated success achieving territory sales goals and driving profitable growth.
• Strong understanding of distributor, dealer, and fleet sales channels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience utilizing CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout the territory on a regular basis.
