The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Aftermarket Growth & Key Account Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives, strengthen key customer partnerships, and drive profitable aftermarket performance across our dealer and customer network.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded leader who enjoys turning insights into action, influencing change, and helping customers achieve greater success through innovative aftermarket solutions. As the business continues to evolve, this role will play a critical part in shaping future customer engagement strategies, driving digital adoption, and delivering sustainable growth.

What You Will Be Responsible For

As the Aftermarket Growth & Key Account Manager, you will:


• Develop and execute aftermarket growth strategies that increase revenue, market share, customer retention, and profitability.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with key accounts, dealers, and internal stakeholders to drive long-term business performance.
• Lead the implementation and growth of Corporate Customer Solutions and customer success initiatives.
• Identify new business opportunities through analysis of customer, dealer, and market data.
• Use digital tools, connected machine insights, and aftermarket systems to improve customer engagement and business outcomes.
• Drive adoption of aftermarket sales programs, campaigns, and growth initiatives across the dealer network.
• Coach and develop dealer parts and service teams to enhance capability, customer experience, and sales effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, customer value, and growth performance.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to provide strategic recommendations.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-centric thinking.

You will bring a combination of commercial expertise, relationship-building capability, and strategic thinking, including:


• Proven experience in aftermarket sales, account management, customer success, or commercial leadership roles.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to identify and execute growth opportunities.
• Experience working with dealer networks, customer-facing sales environments, or service-based businesses.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple stakeholders without relying on direct authority.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build credibility and trusted relationships.
• Experience leading projects, driving business improvement, and delivering measurable results.
• A customer-first mindset with a focus on long-term value creation.
• Confidence interpreting data and insights to inform decisions and business strategy.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-changing and evolving environment.
• A growth mindset and willingness to embrace new technologies, systems, and ways of working.

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Experience leading business transformation or large-scale growth initiatives.
• Expertise in strategic or enterprise account management.
• Success using data, analytics, digital platforms, or AI-enabled tools to improve customer outcomes and business performance.
• Experience developing customer lifecycle, retention, or service-led growth strategies.
• Background in agricultural, construction, mining, industrial equipment, fleet, aftermarket, dealer network, or OEM environments.
• A track record of building high-performing partnerships and influencing change across complex stakeholder groups.
• Strong curiosity, innovation, and passion for leveraging technology to create customer value.
• Experience working across multiple markets or geographically diverse customer bases.
