About the role
The HVAC Aftermarket Team is seeking a skilled and experienced Manager to join our HVAC Planning team. The Manager is responsible for leading the internal supply planning team which focuses on both the material planning and procurement activities and works to ensure the seamless flow of materials to meet customer demand. This person must have a strong background in supply chain management, experience defining material planning and inventory strategies, the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively, and strong people leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership Lead and oversee the material planning team, ensuring everyone is aligned with our strategic goals. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Strategic Planning Develop and implement robust strategies for effective material management and purchasing activities. Ensure the seamless integration of supply chain processes to meet the company's objectives.
Inventory Management Define appropriate inventory levels to balance supply and demand effectively, reducing excess stock while ensuring availability. Implement strategies for optimal inventory turnover.
Collaboration Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to guarantee the timely and accurate availability of materials. Build strong relationships to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication.
Process Improvement Continuously evaluate and improve processes and systems to achieve better efficiency and performance. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions that streamline operations and boost productivity.
ERP Systems Management Ensure the proper functioning of ERP systems, utilizing them to their full potential for efficient material planning and inventory control.
Requirements
Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one work area.
Has broad knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.
University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience
OR
Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience
