Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain engineering drawings, technical documentation, and ECNs.
• Support aftermarket parts projects and ensure engineering data accuracy.
• Identify and implement cost-saving and revenue-enhancement opportunities.
• Provide technical support to Operations, Quality, Procurement, and Inventory teams.
• Review product specifications and recommend improvements for quality, competitiveness, and profitability.
• Support sample part procurement and sourcing activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.

Required Skills

• Working knowledge of 3D CAD software.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Knowledge of engineering documentation and change management processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
