Join our team as an Aftermarket Demand Planner!

Play a key role in driving demand planning excellence for our Aftermarket business. In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing market demand, developing accurate forecasts, collaborating with Sales and Supply Chain teams across the Americas region, and ensuring alignment between customer requirements and operational capabilities.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the weekly demand forecasting process, maintaining accurate demand plans through o9 and other planning tools.
  • Analyze demand trends, seasonality, market dynamics, and customer requirements to generate reliable forecasts.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Global Demand Planning teams to align forecasts and validate demand assumptions.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy using key KPIs such as MAPE and BIAS, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
  • Investigate demand exceptions, forecasting gaps, and data inconsistencies, driving timely resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present demand planning analyses, reports, and insights to support business decision-making.
  • Participate in SIOP and demand review meetings, ensuring adherence to planning processes and operational targets.
  • Contribute to process excellence initiatives and support continuous improvement activities across the demand planning function.

What We Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Sales Operations, or a similar analytical role.
  • Experience in the automotive industry (OEM, Tier 1, or Aftermarket) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with knowledge of forecasting methodologies and demand planning principles.
  • Experience with ERP and planning systems such as SAP and o9, as well as advanced Excel and reporting tools (Power BI, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent English skills; Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification is considered an advantage.
