The Opportunity


This is a high impact, commercially focused role for someone who thrives in customer and dealer facing environments and wants to directly influence aftermarket performance. As an Aftermarket Sales Specialist, within Construction & Forestry (C&F) team, you will own and grow Parts, Service and Aftermarket performance across our dealer network. You’ll partner closely with dealers and internal teams to identify growth opportunities and lift aftermarket capability and results.

The role begins with strengthening core fundamentals and evolves into leading growth across aftermarket categories as the business scales.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Drive aftermarket revenue growth through parts and service performance.
  • Partner with dealers to develop and execute growth plans.
  • Analyse data and dealer insights to identify opportunities and remove barriers.
  • Improve inventory performance and profitability through strategic planning.
  • Support the development and optimisation of aftermarket programs and pricing initiatives.
  • Drive dealer engagement and communication to maximise program adoption.
