$22 - $24/hr depending on experience
10 Month role (follows a school year schedule) with a chance to work in our Summer camp as a Camp Counselor!
The After School Site Supervisor is responsible for the development and daily operations of school-based after-school programming that meets child care best practices and licensing standards. This role oversees a team of staff, provides direct supervision and engagement with children, and ensures a safe, responsive environment. Key responsibilities include implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum, managing enrollment and client progress, maintaining compliance with Ohio licensing and Step Up to Quality standards, and fostering positive relationships with families, school personnel, and community partners. The Site Lead also handles administrative tasks such as data management, tuition collection, and program reporting while supporting staff development and quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Work Environment: Exposed to a combination of office, school and mental health treatment environments. Exposed to children with behavior problems. May be exposed to shouting and clients who may be verbally and physically aggressive. May be exposed to blood or vomit and bodily fluids.
