The Safety & Support Lead serves as the primary point of contact for students, families, staff, and visitors during after-school programming. This role helps maintain a safe, welcoming environment by overseeing student release procedures, monitoring campus access, supporting emergency preparedness, and building positive relationships with families and school partners.
