Become an After School Educator with HOKALI!

Are you ready to turn your passion for Football into purpose? HOKALI, a Y Combinator–backed leader in after-school programs, is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Football Instructor to join our community in San Jose, CA. We partner with over 200 schools across the U.S., creating enriching after-school experiences that help students grow, explore new interests, and build confidence.

What you’ll do:

• Lead engaging and educational Football after-school classes.
• Create a positive, supportive, and fun learning environment.
• Encourage creativity, self-expression, teamwork, and self-confidence in students.
• Teach age-appropriate dance foundations in a safe and inclusive setting.
• Contribute to meaningful programs that make a real impact on students’ lives.

We’re actively seeking instructors with experience in:

• Dance
• Hip Hop

📍 Location: Mount Diablo area schools (one of the following)

• Holbrook Elementary School
• Hidden Valley Elementary School
• Monte Gardens Elementary School
• Cambridge Elementary School

📅 Schedule: 3 days per week

⏰ Time: Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. From 10:40 am to 1 pm

💰 Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• Experience working with children in after-school or educational settings ( Required).
• Background in HIP HOP/DANCE ( Preferred).
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Sunnyvale, CA.
• Ability to pass background check, Live Scan, and TB test (CA requirements).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
