Our After School Group Leaders are enthusiastic, caring team players who support students with engaging activities, homework help, and a safe, supportive environment after the school day ends.
📅 Positions begin in late July / Early August 2026. (Interviewing through Summer!)

✔️ Flexible, part-time schedule (afternoons, weekdays)
Enjoy working with children and youth
Are reliable, positive, and ready to lead by example
Can support enrichment activities, games, and homework time
Locations: Throughout Hawai'i (Oahu, Kauai, Maui, Big Island)
Lead activities that promote creativity, learning, and teamwork
Ensure a safe, engaging, and supportive environment
Be a role model and mentor for children in our after-school program
Monday–Friday, afternoon hours (typically 1:30–5:30 PM)
Great for college students, retirees, or anyone looking for meaningful part-time work!
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working with children preferred (paid or volunteer)
Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine love for kids
CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain—we can help!)

Greeting children and welcoming them to the program after school.
Helping kids settle down with a snack and assisting with homework.
Engaging in fun activities such as board games, crafts, and outdoor play.
Facilitating group activities like talent shows, Lego-building contests, STEM projects or creating slime.
Connecting with families when they pick up their children.
$500 New Hire Bonus
