What Your Afternoons Will Look Like:

  • Be a Role Model: Lead groups of keiki (ages 5–10) through games, arts & crafts, and outdoor play.
  • Coach & Support: Help with homework and encourage positive behavior.
  • Keep it Safe: Use "Active Supervision" to ensure a secure and organized environment.
  • Collaborate: Work with a team of fun, like-minded leaders to run a smooth program.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has a heart for kids: You genuinely enjoy being around children and helping them succeed.
  • Is a Team Player: You show up on time and bring a positive attitude.
  • Is Ready to Lead: You are 18+ with a high school diploma or GED (select student aide roles available for those under 18!).
  • Lives near Waimea: You can reliably commute to our site (Waimea Elementary School).
