Our Dicky Birds Breakfast & After School Club in St Andrews Hall, is looking for a caring and enthusiastic (After School Club Assistant) join our team. You will play a key role in caring for, supporting and inspiring our children, encouraging curiosity and helping them thrive every day.
Hours: 2.30-6pm Monday to Friday = 17.5 hours per week

About Our Club
At St Andrews Hall our excellent reputation within the area is a testament to the level of high-quality, comprehensive childcare
We take care of school drop-off and pick-up for busy parents in Surbiton, London. We ensure children are well fed and prepared for the busy school day and give them a place to have fun with friends after the hardworking day.
We have a wide variety of both individual and team activities and games for children of any age to enjoy!
Location
Our Dicky Birds Club can be found in St Andrews Church Hall, on the corner of Maple Road and St Andrews Road in Surbiton, London, just opposite St Andrews Square.
We are just down the road from our Dicky Birds Day Nursery on Maple Road, Surbiton in Claremont Hall, running parallel to Claremont Road, Surbiton.
We are a five minute walk from the local high street and Surbiton station, making it a great choice for commuting families in the local area.

What will you be doing
• Supervising and supporting children at all times
• Preparing and supporting activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified practitioners
• Maintaining a safe, engaging and welcoming environment
• Following company policies, safeguarding procedures and operational practices
• Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Attending staff meetings, planning sessions and training as required

• Supervise and support children at all times

• Read, understand and implement all company policies, procedures and operational practices
• Maintain a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, visitors and colleagues
• Attend regular staff meetings, planning meetings and undertake training as required
