Salary: SCP 3 - £7730.81
Working Pattern: 13.75 Hours Per Week, 3:15pm - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, Term Time only.

We are seeking applications from individuals to work as After School Care Supervisors within the Academy. Responsibilities: As an After School Care Supervisor, you will ensure that the security, safety, well-being, and care of the children is maintained during the after-school period. You will actively aim to promote the children’s social, emotional, and physical development when outside the classroom, fostering an environment where children feel secure and supported.

Qualifications: Candidates must demonstrate an ability to effectively care for children and manage their behavior in a positive manner. Essential skills include strong communication, a reliable and committed work ethic, and the capacity to prioritize the safety and well-being of young people.
The successful candidate must be able to relate sympathetically to students, work effectively as part of a team, and recognize potential child safeguarding issues.
