Chanel are excited to recruit for an After-Sales Coordinator to join our Client Care and After Sales team. This role is based in our Distribution Center, based in Horsley Park, and is full time.

WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL

The After Sales Coordinator coordinates all client Fashion and Time piece and Fine Jewelry repairs while collaborating with the Global Quality Department while delivering exceptional After Sales and Service support across all business areas, including Boutiques and the Client Care Department.

Being proactive in your ways of working, addressing repair service needs independently and effectively, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, reflecting the Chanel client service values and prioritizing brand image and integrity in all after sales interactions and repairs.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Work within the established After Sales Service guidelines to evaluate the feasibility of item repairs.

  • Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding the ACET and CASS systems.

  • Provide professional assessments of all repair requests, adhering to the Global aligned service level agreement and completing necessary documentation for tracking repair items.

  • Coordinate all client and stock repairs for both Fashion and Beauty Boutique clients, including managing the logistics to and from external vendors and returning items to Boutiques.

  • Conduct quality control checks on all completed repair pieces.

  • Act on Global quality alerts in a timely manner

  • Conducting quality control requests via the Distribution center.

  • Collaborate with internal repairers and external vendors for repair follow-up and coordination, including approval of quotations.

  • Pack and manage domestic and international shipments for incoming and outgoing repairs using approved services

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally

  • A positive attitude, empathy and resilience when addressing Boutique and Client care enquiries and requested support

  • Demonstrated adaptability to a variety of circumstances, creative problem solving and quick thinking to resolve cases

  • Experience managing difficult conversations with a high level of empathy and integrity

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
