  • Handling of reverse logistics processes (returns of defective products)
  • Visual inspection and condition assessment of returned products
  • Verification of supporting documents (proof of purchase, invoices, warranty eligibility)
  • Evaluation and decision-making for product credit, replacement, or rejection
  • Registration and processing of return cases in the ERP system
  • Communication with internal departments (Customer Service, Warehouse, Finance)
  • Coordination with vendors, couriers and logistics partners for returns handling
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and supplier agreements
  • Reporting and tracking of return cases, KPIs, and turnaround times

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Previous experience in after-sales, warehouse management, or spare parts handling
  • Experience in the Technology, Sound and Vision industry will be considered as a plus
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask/manage workload
  • Knowledge of SAP, Entersoft systems will be considered as a plus
