Possible Tasks within this Role

  • Planning: Plans aftersales business objectives for the Porsche brand in cooperation with the Director of Porsche Center Belgrade and the regional PWB office.
  • Adaptation: Continuously adjusts the work organization to ongoing market changes and customer expectations.
  • Strategy: Formulates the aftersales market strategy in cooperation with the PWB regional office and the Director of Porsche Center Belgrade, aiming to maximize market potential and business opportunities.
  • Processes: Defines and documents internal aftersales processes and competencies.
  • Performance: Participates in setting and monitoring the achievement of annual aftersales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Market Analysis: Monitors and collects business data on all relevant market activities within the industry.
  • Coordination: Organizes regular weekly and monthly staff meetings to exchange information, share experience, define upcoming activities, and plan optimal aftersales capacity.
  • Marketing: Organizes aftersales marketing activities in line with guidelines from the PWB regional aftersales office.
  • Organization: Defines job descriptions within the retail organization and regularly reviews and updates them according to current brand requirements.
  • Monitoring: Continuously tracks the implementation of the agreed aftersales strategy.
  • Quality: Implements regular internal measures to improve quality in the dealer’s daily aftersales operations.
  • Supply: Ensures accurate and sufficient supply of all aftersales literature and special tools to the sales organization.
  • Campaigns: Ensures proper execution of service and recall campaigns in cooperation with and according to guidelines from the PWB regional office.
  • Warranty: Ensures the processing and accurate submission of warranty claims and goodwill (kulanz) budget requests to the PWB regional office.
  • Relationships: Promotes and maintains strong relationships with business partners and Porsche clients.
  • Events Support: Provides support during importer, dealer, press, and public events (e.g., new model launch trainings, driving events) as needed.
  • Compliance: Supports the regional Porsche office in initiatives assessing compliance of Porsche Center Belgrade with manufacturer standards (e.g., Maintenance Initiative, Porsche Service Dealer Review, Light Weight Body Repair Audit, Accident Damage Management).
  • Customer Care: Actively contributes to building long-term customer loyalty through timely and effective handling of customer inquiries, in cooperation with the local dealer organization and the PWB regional office, to prevent escalation of complaints (to management, PWB, PCEE, PAG).

Qualification requirements

  • Education: Level VII qualifications (sub-level 1) or Level VI qualifications, corresponding to VII1, VI1, or VI2 degrees, i.e., completed undergraduate or graduate studies in technical sciences.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the same or similar positions.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and/or German.
  • IT Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • License: Valid Category B driving license.
