PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fulfil any new orders placed by the client
- Confirm daily requirements from clients
- Replace any casuals that call in unavailable for specific clients
- Confirm any outstanding rosters handed over by the branches.
- Ensure any outstanding instructions/directives handed over by the branches are actioned
- Ensure that any client requests are completed in a timely manner and communicate any changes written or verbal.
- Confirm fitness assessment appointments for the branches for the following business day
- Build, develop and matin effective relationships with customers and actively seek customer input to provide a better service
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of internal database and ensure standard operating protocols are followed through
- Liaise with stakeholders regarding anticipated staffing needs
- Deliver operational and customer service excellence in recruitment processes by achieving time-to-fill targets, establishing excellent candidate and client aftercare practices.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to exceed our stakeholder and candidates’ expectations in terms of the time, quality and delivery of our services and the management of sites and candidate expectations and communication throughout the course of an assignment
- Provide a sense of urgency to manage customer needs and expectations throughout the recruitment process, balancing quality with speed of delivery
- Ensure that all candidate/safety issues are managed and reported to all relevant Toll management and corrective action taken. All information recorded in candidate management systems
- Adhere to Toll Quality System, policies, procedures, and Standards including Code of Practice
- Protect Toll’s public image and ensure enhancement of that image wherever possible
- Other associated duties that are incidental to the recruitment process
- Actively support corporate goals and values
- All other duties as directed by the After Hours Manager
OHS RESPONSIBILITIES
- Comply with Toll Health & Safety Policy and legislated OHS requirements.
- Identify and report hazards, injuries, and incidents
- Follow reasonable instructions in both normal and emergency situations related to health and safety
- Act responsibly for the safety of self and others
- Undertake health and safety related actions assigned to them through appropriate channels
PRE-REQUISITES:
Knowledge/Experience
- Competent user of Word, Excel, Outlook and knowledge of Fasttrack database
- Excellent use of time management and organization skills
- Able to prioritize and plan work activities based on urgency
- Complete assigned tasks with appropriate timeframes and deadlines.
- Actively participate and contribute as a team member and develop positive links with the team and Toll customers
- Able to adapt tasks to meet the needs of others
- Intermediate numeric, literacy and computer literacy
- Demonstrate the highest level of confidentiality, at all times, due to access to highly sensitive personnel and business data/information
- Previous experience in customer service/recruitment related industries in which Toll operates in
- Understanding of the service capabilities of Toll Recruit
- Proactive attitude to OH&S

Qualifications – Education and/or professional
- A university degree in business, human resources, marketing or a related field preferred
- Professional membership of relevant associations
