The role:
Hours: 4:00PM-11:45PM
We are looking for an additional experienced and eager individual to manage our Support Services after hours on a rotating roster (including weekends), part-time opportunities are available. As a provider of services to Children, Youth, Families and people with Disabilities, we receive constant engagement from our Staff, Stakeholders and Clients and you'll be responsible to manage risks associated to our clients, staff and stakeholders.
We are looking for people who are adaptable, flexible and creative to design, develop and provide feedback around the After Hours and Quality Frameworks developed by Capability Support.
You'll receive comprehensive handovers from our appropriate staff members and commence the service from our centrally located office. You will be responsible for responding to all enquiries from our Staff Members, Clients and Stakeholders After Hours, and communicating proactively and reactively to all teams.
The successful applicant will receive a comprehensive onboarding from the Support Services Team and the existing After Hours team.
