The role:
We are looking for an additional experienced and eager individual to assist to manage our Support Services across both our day and after hours teams. As a provider of services to Children, Youth, Families and people with Disabilities, we receive constant engagement from our Staff, Stakeholders and Clients and you'll be responsible to assist to manage risks associated to our clients, staff and stakeholders.
You will be responsible for assisting to respond to all enquiries from our Staff Members, Clients and Stakeholders across both the day and evening teams, and communicating proactively and reactively to all teams.
At times, you will be requested to work the After Hours role in times of leave / absence from our existing After Hours Team.
The successful applicant will receive a comprehensive onboarding from the Support Services Team and the existing After Hours team.

Roster
12pm to 8pm Monday to Friday.
(After Hours works from 4pm to Midnight Monday to Friday, and rotating rosters on weekends).
