Position Summary: Assist the Clubs & Camps team with after school Thunder Club, school break camp days, and summer Thunder Club. This role consists of playing with and supervising students indoors and outdoors. Thunder Club staff helps students navigate how to play and work together. Thunder Club revolves around building Christ- reflecting relationships with the students and giving them a fun, comfortable place to play together and grow.
Responsibilities: In addition to the Employee Handbook and the Faculty Procedures Handbook, Thunder Club Staff:
- Keep students in sight and safe at all times, with diligent supervision skills
- Participate in and help facilitate group activities, such as games and crafts
- Help students navigate and settle any conflict that arises
- Maintain a clean room and work area. Cleaning includes sweeping and wiping down tables at the end of each day

Qualifications
- Experience working with elementary and middle school aged children
- Ability to be on feet for long periods of time
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
