Affluent Segment Marketeer

To accelerate this ambition, we are looking for an experienced Segment Marketeer with deep expertise in marketing propositions and a strong track record in developing and implementing segment specific strategies. You are passionate about understanding customers, uncovering their needs, validating assumptions, and translating insights into innovative opportunities and successful propositions.
Your Team
You will join the Daily Banking & Mobile‑Led Tribe, one of the largest Tribes within Private Individuals in the Netherlands. Responsible for the daily banking needs of nearly 8 million customers, this Tribe is the beating heart of ING.
You will collaborate closely with fellow segment marketeers in the Acquisition & Value Proposition team, and work across the Tribe with squads in areas such as Savings, Investments, Brand & Marketing, and others.
How You Succeed
As a mass affluent segment marketeer, you combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You know how to turn customer and market insights into distinctive propositionsand how to successfully bring them to market. You continuously experiment, learn, and iterate to drive ongoing improvement.
You thrive on analysing customer behaviour, identifying opportunities, implementing new initiatives, and measuring their impact. You bring fresh ideas for strengthening and evolving our Affluent propositions for a diverse range of customer groups.
You have experience in segment marketing, proposition development, and execution within a complex environment—and you possess the entrepreneurial mindset needed to drive change.
