
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Product Development and Portfolio Management
• Design and manage premium credit card products tailored to the needs of HNW segment.
• Align credit card strategies with the broader wealth management goals to enhance client engagement and retention.
• Develop a differentiated value proposition leveraging insights from the affluent and wealth management segments. Customer Acquisition, Engagement, and Retention
• Collaborate with the wealth management team to identify cross-selling opportunities for affluent credit card offerings.
• Drive targeted acquisition strategies through referrals, events, and customized campaigns.
• Ensure personalized experiences by integrating financial benefits, luxury rewards, and exclusive services.
Wealth Management Synergy
• Partner with wealth managers to understand client needs and deliver bespoke credit card solutions.
• Leverage existing wealth management client relationships to grow the affluent credit card portfolio.
• Provide training and tools to the wealth management team for seamless promotion of credit card offerings.
Partnerships and Vendor Collaboration
• Establish and manage partnerships with luxury brands, travel companies, concierge services, and other high-value vendors.
• Enhance the affluent credit card’s appeal by integrating unique benefits such as priority access, exclusive offers, and tailored experiences.
• Negotiate agreements that align with the lifestyle preferences of affluent customers. Customer Service Excellence
• Ensure premium servicing standards for affluent customers through collaboration with operations and customer service teams.
• Oversee the implementation of feature and services, including airport transfer, concierge, VIP support, and personalized offers.
• Monitor feedback to continuously improve the customer experience.
Performance and Analytics
• Analyze portfolio performance metrics such as customer acquisition, spends, retention, and profitability.
• Prepare detailed insights and recommendations for senior management to drive portfolio growth.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
