
Affiliate Supervisor for the Community Program is a contract-based role that will supervise masters-level Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) students with the Community Program, offering weekly group supervision and ad hoc support. Key duties include integrating DEI into supervision, tracking student progress, and collaborating with key stakeholders. The Affiliate Supervisor will evaluate students’ clinical work, support their clinical development, and use AMD/PowerBI for administrative tasks. The role demands strong organizational and communication skills, cultural competence, and active licensure in Illinois. An advanced degree in MFT or a related field is required. Two years of supervision experience or more are highly preferred.
