Forget boring 9-to-5s; we're talking about a role where you're not just a cog in the machine, but a crucial player in connecting awesome campaigns with top-tier affiliates.
 What you'll be doing (aka, your super cool mission):

🕵️‍♀️ Affiliate Detective: Hunt down and recruit new email marketing companies and call centers like it's a treasure hunt (because it totally is!).

🤝 Relationship Guru: Build epic relationships with our affiliates, becoming their go-to person for everything from campaign management to brainstorming new categories. Think less "corporate drone" and more "business BFF."

💰 Master Negotiator: Flex those negotiation muscles when it comes to deals, performance, and maybe even snagging that extra slice of pizza at the team lunch.

🌍 Global Explorer: Our playground is international! You'll be working across France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, and the Netherlands. So, if you've got a passport and a thirst for adventure, this is your jam.

📈 Performance Powerhouse: Keep an eye on the numbers, because we're all about crushing goals and celebrating wins.

What we're looking for (aka, your secret weapons)

🗣 Language Whiz: Fluent in English, with Spanish and/or Italian being a huge plus. Any other language? You're practically a superhero in our eyes.

📞 Deal Closer: You're comfortable on the phone, a natural at making connections, and you've got that "let's make a deal" energy flowing through your veins.

🚀 Relationship Builder: You know how to cultivate trust and rapport, turning strangers into long-term partners.

✈️ Adventurous Spirit: Willing to travel for fairs and meet affiliates in person. Think business trips with a side of exploring new cities!

Salary & Benefits

- 1800 euros + 400 euros at 100% of targets
- Meal allowance: 7.8 euros/day – Coverflex card
