We are seeking an experienced and relationship-focused Affiliate Network Coordinator to join our Occupational Health team on a Full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing and growing our national affiliate provider network while ensuring exceptional service delivery for our customers and clients.

The Role

As the Affiliate Network Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining the effectiveness of our affiliate network to meet customer demand and business objectives. You will work closely with healthcare providers, customers, and internal teams to support network performance, coordinate bookings, manage provider relationships, and identify opportunities for network growth.

This role combines network management, customer service, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and operational coordination in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate clinics and network providers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for providers regarding bookings, service delivery, results, and invoicing.
  • Onboard new and existing providers to service level agreements and monitor compliance.
  • Support network pricing structures and provider fee arrangements.
  • Ensure accurate costing and invoicing processes.
  • Maintain network capability, availability, and geographic coverage data.
  • Identify network gaps and support provider onboarding initiatives.
  • Coordinate and manage customer bookings across the affiliate network.
  • Respond to client and candidate enquiries via phone and email.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on pre-employment medical results.
  • Liaise with clinics to ensure timely return of medical results and supporting documentation.
  • Analyse network utilisation and customer demand to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare reports on network performance, utilisation, financials, and geographic coverage.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support service delivery and customer outcomes.
  • Promote safe work practices and comply with workplace health and safety requirements.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Occupational Health.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Customer Service.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Confidence using reporting systems and business applications.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach.

Desirable

  • Account Management experience.
  • Data analysis and reporting experience.
  • Experience working with healthcare providers or clinic networks.
