Principal Duties & Responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to own the growth and performance of the Group's Affiliate Marketing and Multi-Channel Network (MCN) business, which encompasses spearheading affiliate strategy, creator acquisition and management, campaign execution, and commercial growth. The role's functional scope acts as a central integrator across brands, creators, and platform partners to maximize commercial returns.

You are expected to anchor the function and drive execution through the guidance of the GM of Social Commerce. You will report to the GM of Social Commerce, champion the rolling affiliate programs, and establish and maintain proper structural controls in the TikTok Shop Partner Center, commission setups, and creator databases. This person should be highly confident with social commerce data and will use performance platforms to their full potential, knowing that complex data sets across GMV, conversion, and ROI can be translated into concise, actionable growth insights.

The ideal candidate understands the intricacies of the creator economy, livestream commerce, and TikTok Shop or Shopee Affiliate Programs, and is exceptionally comfortable working with numbers. This person will work closely with the GM of Social Commerce and cross-functionally with Brand Managers, Client Success, Enablement, Production, and Performance Marketing heads, advising them on different value-creation solutions, creator-brand matching, and strategic expansion paths.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the development of affiliate growth strategies across TikTok Shop and other platforms, owning the TikTok Shop Partner Center to manage campaigns, invitations, commission configurations, and product selection.
  • Ensure that targets, assumptions, and execution are fully aligned by partnering with Brand Managers and Client Success teams to synchronize affiliate campaigns with brand objectives and commercial targets.
  • Build and maintain robust creator ecosystems by acquiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining high-performing creators across key business categories.
  • Deliver timely, accurate business reviews and management reports tracking metrics such as GMV, creator activation, content output, conversion, ROI, and overall campaign efficiency.
  • Monitor and maintain creator performance and compliance standards, proactively managing relationships with creators, talent agencies, and platform partners.
  • Work closely with cross-functional business partners—including Enablement, TSP, Brand Management, Performance Marketing, and Production teams—to secure seamless operational campaign execution.
  • Lead and execute high-impact strategic projects such as new business pitches, developing creator commerce solutions, and unlocking account growth opportunities.
  • Perform data-driven insights and evaluations across campaigns to recommend structural improvements, optimize operational efficiency, and drive continuous growth.
  • Provide timely coaching, training, and team leadership to the Affiliate and MCN team, establishing clear KPIs and scaling internal workflows.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.  
  • 4–6 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Creator Management, Influencer Marketing, Social Commerce, or e-commerce.  
  • At least 2 years of direct people management experience leading and coaching specialized teams. 
  • Deep technical background and hands-on operational knowledge of the TikTok Shop Partner Center, MCN operations, and affiliate management tools.  
  • Proactive and high-ownership attitude, with a knack for identifying market opportunities and staying updated on platform features and trends.  
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills.
