About the role

Tentang Anak is seeking a proactive and strategic Marketplace Affiliate to join our team. This role is focused on expanding and optimizing our affiliate network, with a particular emphasis on Shopee. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting new affiliate partners, developing strategies to increase affiliate revenue, and ensuring the ongoing success and growth of Tentang Anak affiliate program.

Job Responsibility

1. Recruit New Affiliate Partners: Identify and onboard new affiliate partners to expand our network, focusing on Shopee.
2. Develop & Implement Strategies: Continuously analyze and refine affiliate marketing tactics to achieve growth targets.
3. Build & Maintain Relationships: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with affiliate and providing support and resources to drive their success.
4. Increase Affiliate Numbers & Sales: Develop initiatives to attract more affiliates and encourage higher sales volumes through the affiliate program
5. Plan Marketing Programs: Design and manage marketing programs tailored for affiliate updates and promotions on Shopee.
6. Monitor & Recap Performance: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of individual affiliates and the overall program
7. Administrative Tasks & Reporting: Handle administrative tasks related to the affiliate program, including contract management and payment processing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, particularly within e-commerce platforms like Shopee.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and affiliate marketing tools.
