Job Posting/Description
We're bringing our affiliate program in-house from an agency, and we need an experienced operator to help lead that transition. This is not a virtual assistant or outreach-only role.
You'll manage affiliate programs across multiple consumer brands selling to U.S. customers, all running on Impact with Shopify storefronts. One brand currently runs on Partnerize and moving it to Impact will be one of your first major projects.
You'll work directly with our performance marketing leadership and, once hired, our in-house Affiliate Manager. Over time you'll become a true second owner of the channel, able to run the full program independently if needed. We want someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly with U.S. partners, and cares about revenue, not signup counts.
Job Title: Affiliate Marketing Manager
Compensation: PHP $80,000– $100,000 monthly salary, inclusive of night shift differential, and 13th-month pay.
· Manage partner accounts, contracts, payout terms, and tracking in Impact across multiple brands
· Manage affiliate promo codes through Shopify discounts and resolve coupon-attribution issues
· Troubleshoot tracking between Shopify and Impact
· Handle commission validation, reversals, and payment reconciliation
· Find and recruit U.S. partners: content publishers, creators, newsletters, communities, comparison and review sites, loyalty and cashback partners
· Run personalized outreach and calls, and negotiate terms within company guidelines
· Onboard new partners and follow up until they're producing
· Re-engage joined but inactive partners
· Build relationships with top and high-potential partners
· Plan promotions, placements, and incentives that grow partner revenue
· Recommend new partner categories, commission strategies, and program improvements
· Monitor FTC disclosure compliance
· Enforce trademark and brand-bidding policies
· Detect fraudulent conversions and coupon or toolbar attribution abuse
· Track revenue, new customers, CPA, conversion rate, commissions, and active partners by brand and partner
· Turn the data into clear recommendations for leadership
· Maintain the Affiliate Program Playbook: procedures, partner history, commission terms, recurring tasks, and troubleshooting
· Keep partner relationship notes current so program knowledge belongs to the company
· Be ready to run the full program independently if a team member is unavailable
What you bring
· 4+ years of hands-on affiliate marketing experience, including managing programs for U.S. brands
· Hands-on Impact experience: partner management, contracts and payout terms, reporting, and reversals or reconciliation
· Shopify experience, including Impact tracking integration and managing affiliate promo codes
· A track record of recruiting and activating partners who became revenue producers
· Excellent written and spoken English, and comfort negotiating with U.S. partners on calls
· Confidence working with performance data and KPIs
· Strong organization and follow-through across multiple brands and priorities
· Availability full-time during U.S. Eastern business hours
· Experience migrating a program from one affiliate network to another
· Experience with Impact, Partnerize, Share A sale or equivalent
· Experience independently running an affiliate program end to end
· Experience with fraud detection, trademark enforcement, and FTC compliance
· Experience managing large strategic partners such as cashback, loyalty, coupon, or media publishers
· Background in U.S. e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands
· How we measure success
· We judge this role on business outcomes: qualified partners recruited, partners activated, new customers, revenue, and program profitability.
· We also track:
· A clean Partnerize-to-Impact migration with minimal revenue loss and top partners retained
· Number of revenue-producing partners and revenue per active partner
· Activation rate of new partners and growth from existing ones
· CPA and program profitability by brand
· Accuracy of reconciliation and compliance enforcement
· Completeness of the Affiliate Program Playbook
