About the Role

As the Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of our affiliate marketing strategy. Your expertise in affiliate marketing, digital advertising, and data analysis will be crucial in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. This role involves identifying and recruiting new affiliates, optimising affiliate campaigns, and analysing performance metrics to continuously improve our affiliate programme. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to ensure alignment and maximise results.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new affiliates to join the program

• Cultivate relationships with existing affiliates, providing ongoing support and communication

• Negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures for affiliates

• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to ensure that they meet company standards and KPIs

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the affiliate program

• Use analytics tools to track and report on affiliate performance, identifying areas for improvement

• Coordinate promotional campaigns and activities with affiliates to increase traffic and sales

• Create and distribute marketing materials and resources to affiliates

• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding

• Ensure all affiliate activities comply with the company’s policies and legal regulations

• Keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and competitive analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, sales or related roles

• Proficiency with affiliate marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, affiliate networks)

• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Can do attitude, initiative, proactive with a passion for managing projects to conclusion and on time.

• Able to work independently as well as able to work with the team

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and analytical skills

• Availability to travel for affiliate events and conferences

Working Condition

• This is a full-time position based at Rare Beverage Co., Ltd., Maneeya Center Building, Bangkok, Thailand (right next to BTS Chidlom)

• Regular office hours are from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m., Monday to Friday
