Affiliate Manager

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to join our growing commercial team in Marbella. In this role, you will be responsible for building, managing and growing affiliate partnerships that drive high-quality traffic and long-term revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is results-oriented and comfortable taking ownership. You are someone who enjoys building strong relationships, negotiating deals, analyzing performance and ensuring that every partnership delivers value.
What you will be doing
Manage and develop relationships with existing affiliate partners.
Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliate partners.
Negotiate commercial agreements and optimize deal structures.
Monitor affiliate performance and continuously identify growth opportunities.
Analyze traffic quality, player value and campaign performance.
Prepare regular reports and provide insights to support commercial decision-making.
Do you have what it takes?
3–5 years of experience in Affiliate Management within the iGaming industry.
Proven track record of driving growth through affiliate partnerships.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Experience with affiliate platforms and tracking tools is considered an advantage.
