B2Tech is seeking a Affiliate Manager to join our dynamic team at our Sports Betting and Casino brands.

Manage the affiliate program by seeking out new affiliates, managing existing ones, negotiating deals, and managing payments to affiliates.

YOUR IMPACT:

• Find, contact, and recruit new affiliates in Africa to increase the brand’s user acquisition.

• Manage existing affiliates by maintaining strong relationships with them and providing them with the necessary support.

• Negotiate affiliate deals that are mutually beneficial for both parties.

• Analyze and optimize campaigns to ensure affiliates deliver the best to meet ROI targets.

• Monitor affiliate activity and provide regular reports to the management team.

• Manage the affiliate budgeting, including commission setup and target spend.

• Conducting competitor analysis, including identifying sites where competitors advertise.

• Ensure timely payments to affiliates.

• Keep up to date with industry trends and the competitive landscape.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing.

• Experience working in the sports betting or casino industry is preferred. a must

• Experience with building and nurturing relationships with CPA networks in Africa will be a big plus!

• Strong partnership management skills.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Data-driven and result-oriented.

• Strong analytical skills.

• A good understanding of tracking and postbacks technology.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Ability to travel frequently.

• Fluency in English.

• Fluency in Russian/Ukrainian is an advantage.
