In this role, you will help scale affiliate partnerships across Europe, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns, strengthen regional relationships, and expand market presence. Accountabilities:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners and key opinion leaders (KOLs) across European markets.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with high-performing affiliates to maximize engagement, retention, and revenue generation.
• Analyze campaign performance data and share actionable insights, optimization opportunities, and regular reporting updates with internal stakeholders.
• Develop and execute affiliate growth strategies aligned with regional go-to-market initiatives and product objectives.
• Monitor affiliate content and activities to ensure compliance with regional regulations, internal policies, and product-specific requirements.
• Plan, test, and optimize commission models, creative assets, placements, and incentive programs to improve acquisition and revenue performance.
• Own affiliate-driven growth targets, including customer acquisition, revenue contribution, and performance KPIs across Europe.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with regional growth, compliance, analytics, and product marketing teams to support campaign execution and strategic alignment.
• Identify emerging market opportunities, unconventional partnerships, and innovative growth tactics to strengthen affiliate program scalability.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer/KOL partnerships, or performance marketing within crypto, fintech, or traditional financial services industries.
• Strong interest and knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and digital asset ecosystems.
• Proven experience managing affiliate partnerships across European markets within global or distributed teams.
• Strong negotiation skills with experience managing partnership terms, placements, and commission structures.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate marketing platforms and tools, preferably Impact or similar technologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with a deep understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CAC, ARPU, ROAS, and revenue attribution.
• Ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into strategic recommendations and actionable optimizations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills in remote and asynchronous work environments.
• Creative and proactive mindset with the ability to identify unconventional partnership opportunities and growth strategies.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, highly visible, and rapidly evolving industry environment.
