Job Description

Amazon’s Marketing team is looking for a talented, smart and entrepreneurial leader to help drive Amazon’s Turkey businesses focused on the Influencer program. This program is a key and integral part of our Marketing Mix to bring new customers to Amazon, drive existing customers to discover new products or programs on Amazon and increase customer loyalty. The Amazon Influencer program is one of the most well-known and respected Affiliate programs worldwide and enables our partners (influencers) to monetize their online traffic by referring customers to Amazon.

We are currently seeking an Affiliate Influencer Manager, who will drive engagement and build new relationships within the space of influencers. They will also be responsible for scaling the Amazon Turkey influencer business. They will be a key member of the Turkey Marketing team and will be interacting frequently with senior stakeholders, while regularly engaging with both current and prospective partners to enlarge the influencer pool.

To be successful in this role you need to have strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills. Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment you will work autonomously taking full control and responsibility for hitting business objectives. This role provides opportunities to develop original approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever-changing business climate.

Key job responsibilities
- Building and engaging a strong pipeline of prospective influencer leads. Proactively prioritizing targets to strike a balance between our short- and long-term growth requirements and ensuring these are met.
- Leading efforts on generating and expanding relationships with key partners in the affiliate and influencer space.
- Contributing to the development of our tools, processes and best practices.
- Representing Amazon holistically in front of key partners
- Managing marketing spend and improving efficiency.
- Analyzing and improving business results, reporting to senior management and communicating closely with various internal stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications


- Experience in Marketing
- Hands-on experience leading affiliate influencer marketing activities in digital and/or e-commerce environments
- Proven ability to source, launch, and scale successful influencer and affiliate partnerships
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from large data sets and translate them into strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
- Strong bias for data-driven decision making
- Ability to quickly build credibility with external partners and internal Amazon stakeholders
- Experience working effectively with global technology and business teams
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel
- Demonstrated willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to deliver results
- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS)
- Fluency in both English and Turkish

Preferred Qualifications

- Ability to build AI agents or tools that drive operational efficiency is a strong plus
- Master's degree Business, Marketing, Math/Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or a similar field
