Affiliate faculty, also known as adjunct or part-time faculty, are contracted per course. The position is for teaching on-campus undergraduate courses in management and/or organizational behavior.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Teach courses in 16-week semesters on the Denver Northwest campus during the day. Online teaching may also be required.
Teach using highly engaging lectures, discussions, assignments, presentations, and cases.
Develop syllabus, lectures, and assignments for each class. Online courses have materials and syllabi provided.
Grade student assignments and provide detailed, student-specific feedback and guidance. Return work in a reasonable time after it is submitted.
Hold office hours for students on a by-appointment basis.
Populate the learning management course shell with updated syllabus, assignment due dates, gradebook and other materials before the course begins.
Work closely with the department chair or program director to ensure Regis policies and expectations are met.
Minimum Qualifications:
Doctoral degree or master’s degree in management, organizational behavior or similar discipline from an accredited institution of higher learning.
Experience teaching college students using interactive and engaging methods.
Preferred Qualifications:
Extensive experience facilitating interactive courses that challenge and engage students. Can provide student evaluations from past courses.
Professional experience that relates to the courses being taught.

Work Schedule:
When assigned to a course, work in 16-week sessions that start in August and/or January. Most courses are offered on Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday.
This position will remain posted until filled, with a preferred application deadline of June 30, 2026.
These positions are benefits-eligible for workers’ compensation and will receive 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 48 hours per year.
Pay Rate:
$3,400 per course with 7 or more students
