Job Title: Creator Partnerships Manager

We’re helping our client find a Affiliate Coordinator to drive a high-performance sales engine through TikTok Shop. In this role, you will own the entire creator ecosystem—from recruitment and content direction to performance optimization—while contributing directly to scalable revenue growth and building a repeatable playbook for success.

Responsibilities:

• Scout, vet, and sign creators who fit each brand’s voice and margin goals
• Write concise briefs that turn hooks and offers into high-converting videos
• Review weekly performance, deliver clear feedback, and scale winning content
• Surface emerging TikTok trends and feed ideas to creators and ads teams
• Own contracts, payments, and creator accountability
• Capture and systemise learnings into a reusable playbook

Requirements

Must-Have:
→ 1+ year in creator/influencer, affiliate, or social-commerce marketing

→ Deep grasp of TikTok content mechanics and e-commerce KPIs (CTR, CVR, AOV)

→ Exceptional written English and communication skills

→ Comfort with Slack, ClickUp, Notion, Google Sheets

→ Self-managed remote work with reliable overlap during UK hours

Nice-to-Have:
→ Direct TikTok Shop experience

→ Copywriting or basic video-editing skills

→ Beauty, fashion, or lifestyle DTC background
