OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO Mantener y cuidar la limpieza de cocina, barra, mesas y trastes del área de cafetería con excelente calidad y actitud de servicio.
a) Asistir a trabajar en la hora indicada.
b) Limpieza de barra de servicio, mesas, pisos, paredes, etc.
c) Lavado de utensilios de cocina, charolas y demás equipo.
d) Auxiliar en servicio de barra cuando sea requerido.
e) Llevar a cabo cualquier otra actividad relacionada con el sistema de calidad.
