In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Lead the end‑to‑end management of the product value stream, from concept development through engineering, procurement, production, and delivery.
• Ensure technical data is accurate, accessible, and consistently maintained to support current and future products.
• Guide product customization initiatives, balancing technical feasibility, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
• Develop, implement, and maintain systems that support efficient manufacturing and technical data management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency across the value stream.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal partners to support procurement planning and sustainable sourcing strategies.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and sales, to achieve shared business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze performance indicators related to cost, quality, delivery, and efficiency, using insights to inform decisions.
• Support, coach, and develop team members to strengthen capabilities, engagement, and a positive work culture.
• Identify potential risks within the value stream and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to site and operational projects, including future relocation or expansion initiatives.

• Experience leading value streams or complex manufacturing operations in an industrial or technical environment.
• A strong understanding of continuous improvement principles and process optimization methodologies.
• Experience working with ERP systems and managing technical or production data.
• The ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at different levels.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills, supported by a data‑informed mindset.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into clear, actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience in product customization or engineered‑to‑order environments.
• Exposure to supplier management, procurement planning, or contract frameworks.
• Experience leading teams through change, transformation, or operational improvement initiatives.
• An educational background in engineering, manufacturing, operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
